Are you interested in scaling your business and improving your efficiency by tapping the wholesale marketplace?

Do you wish you knew how to dive into the world of wholesale with a strategy that played to your strengths... one which felt easier and more intuitive?

Are you drowning in wholesale lingo you don't understand (dropshipping, consignment, SKU, UPC... What language are we speaking anyway?)

Wouldn't it be awesome if you could make your products extra "juicy" to attract wholesale buyers like bees to honey??

Are you interested in learning how to succinctly + professionally communicate your wholesale policies?

Do you know how to get your product collection "retail ready?"

For the past few years, I've had the great pleasure of helping passion-fueled creative brands build strategy-infused wholesale programs so they can get their products out of the garage and onto the shelves of their favorite stores. My LBU Secrets to Wholesale Success program has garnered rave reviews and it always sells out within days.

I'm pleased to introduce a new way to put the LBU curriculum to work for you! This is a self-paced, independent study of Module 1 of my LBU Live program.

THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO BUILD A STRONG + SUCCESSFUL WHOLESALE PROGRAM

Through a series of video workshops totaling just under 3 hours, you'll understand precisely how to get your product collection as lean and wholesale-ready as possible.

Dive into the video curriculum of LBU Module 1, complete the assignments and you'll emerge with a product collection that’s lean and mean and ready for wholesale. You'll also discover my favorite tips and tricks to thrill wholesale buyers. In this self-study module, you'll learn:

• The differences between wholesale, consignment + drop shipping

• What wholesale buyers need most in their vendor relationships

• The criteria for strategically editing a bloated product collection

• What market cannibalization is and how it can affect your business

• My strategy for seeing your product collection through the eyes of a first-time buyer

• Methods for increasing the consistency of your product collection

• Strategies for ensuring timely delivery of your products to retailers

• The value of building segmented email lists

• The pros + cons of three different online ordering system for wholesale buyers

• What merchandising is and how it affects your product package design process

• How to package your product so that it’s attractive to wholesale buyers

• How POP displays can make life easier for retailers

• How to determine if you need UPC codes

• What UPC codes cost + how to secure them

• The pitfalls of buying codes through UPC resellers

• How to communicate the value of your product to wholesale buyers in a single sentence.

• My strategy for identifying both complementary + competitive brands.

But wait! There's not all. I'm including an Expert Interview with Adina Grigore of S.W. Basics. She joined me for a sit-down that focuses on the importance of knowing your niche, the power of the hustle, and outsourcing.

LBU LIVE VS. LBU ON DEMAND

LBU Live is my flagship teaching program. More than 120 creative brands from a variety of product categories (stationers, jewelers, apothecary brands, gourmet food companies, apparel and accessory designers, ceramicists and houseware designers) have graduated from the program and gone on to build strong and successful wholesale programs, score national press and quit their jobs to work full-time building the businesses they've been dreaming about.

The comprehensive live program contains all six LBU modules and is taught in a small-group setting, offered in a winter, spring and summer semester each year. In that program, 30 makers work synergistically through each module over the course of seven weeks and meet with me each Friday for a 90 minute Office Hour call to receive feedback and support. They gather in a private Facebook group to build their community as they build their empire. Seats always sell out within a few days of open enrollment, and there's a 3-month wait between open enrollment and the semester kickoff.

I'm often approached by creative brands who need specific pieces of the LBU program, but perhaps not the program in its entirety. Or entrepreneurs who need access like, yesterday. Although the LBU modules layer and build upon one another, LBU On Demand is a convenient way to take advantage of only the curriculum pieces you need on a schedule you design. The curriculum is shared between the LBU Live and LBU On Demand programs- it's identical in nature. If you're building your wholesale program from the ground up, I encourage you to work through the LBU On Demand modules in succession.
