This 9-week mentorship has a firm capacity limit to ensure that each participant receives personalized support while enjoying ample opportunity to have their specific questions answered during Office Hour calls. When you reserve a seat in Brick House Branding, then we’re making a commitment to you and we ask that the commitment be mutual.

Any request to cancel your reservation for a seat in an upcoming semester of Brick House Branding must be received in writing using our contact form within 30 days of the date upon which you made your first payment. We will happily refund all monies paid to date, less a $150 administrative fee. If a client makes a reservation for the program within 30 days of the scheduled semester kickoff, then no refunds are available.

After the 30-day mark has passed, refunds are unavailable, and the curriculum cannot be released until tuition is paid in full. Clients who default on their payment arrangements are neither entitled to refunds nor partial curriculum access.

Because we’re committed to putting Lucky Break’s thinking and support within the reach of as many entrepreneurs as possible, the tuition for Brick House Branding can be paid in installments through PayPal’s “Recurring Billing” program. If you take advantage of the payment plan, here’s what you need to know:

By choosing the payment plan option, you’re committing to make adequate funds available. If you need to change the payment method on file, then we invite you to contact us so that we can walk you through the process of updating the card you originally placed on file with PayPal.

If you fail to make a scheduled payment, then we’ll continue holding a seat in your name for a limited time. If your next payment becomes due while your payment plan is still in delinquency, then your seat will be released and available to others with no guarantee of a refund for monies paid to date. If you’re interested in again securing a seat (and one is available), then the full balance of unpaid tuition will be due at the time of your request.

In summary: Brick House Branding registrants who allow their payment plans to become severely delinquent (more than 30 days past due) cannot be guaranteed a spot in the program, will not be able to access the curriculum in whole or in part, and they will not be entitled to a refund or credit in whole or in part.

We’re pleased to say that payment plans go off without a hitch 95% of the time, and we’re so very grateful for your cooperation in helping this program run smoothly and remain available to others!

One-on-one strategy sessions are available on a limited basis. These consultations often book out 2-6 weeks in advance and the website page where you reserve a consultation will have details about the current timeframe in which we’re booking. Once you’ve reserved a session via this website, a Client Concierge will be in touch via email within 24 hours (weekends excluded) with a link to Lela’s calendar. Reserve the time of your choosing and you’ll receive an automated email reminder of your upcoming rendezvous.

Please note that sessions cannot be canceled and refunded once they’ve been added to our calendar. Need to reschedule? Read on…

When life “happens” and causes a cosmic collision with your confirmed appointment for a strategy session, this is what we need you to do: be in touch. Pretty please, with sugar on top. If you’re able to provide the team with written notification of your need to reschedule with at least 24 hours, then we’ll happily move the appointment to a more convenient time, but just once. Your session credit will remain on file for a full six months; just ping us when you’re ready to schedule a new appointment.

If we’re provided with less than 24 hours’ notice, then the session will proceed as scheduled. Lela will hop on the call and make the best use of the time in your absence based on the information you provided in advance of our meeting. We’ll also record the session and dispatch it to you via email. Fair warning, though: She won’t ramble on to fill the space so that recording likely won’t span the full hour we had on the books.

If that critical information isn’t provided in advance of the session and we’re not given 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation, then Lela will hop on the call, rap Jay-Z songs, record the session, and dispatch it to you via email. However charming her subpar lyrical skills may be, they will not help you build an empire and we’ll regret that for you, but it’s the best we can do.

If you’re anything less than thrilled with our products or services, please be in touch. The Client Concierge team will gladly lend an ear and see if we can work together towards a resolution (we love happy endings!). Unfortunately, due to their nature, digital products are not eligible for refunds or returns. That includes the Price-O-Matic software system, so we recommend carefully reviewing the system requirements before making a purchase.

“The videos, audios, software, and written materials which comprise the Lucky Break curriculum (collectively referred to as “Content”) are protected by federal copyright. The purchase of products or services through this website includes a non-exclusive right to view, use, and display such Content solely for your personal use. We may include additional terms for use within any Content. Those terms will also apply, but this Agreement will govern in the event of a conflict.

Content is licensed, not sold, to you by us. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, you may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, sublicense, or otherwise assign the Content, or any rights thereto or portion thereof, to any third party, and you may not remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels on the Content.

Our Virtual Classroom requires a unique, participant-specific login which enables the monitoring of individual user activity and access. Sharing the login credentials used to access the Content with a third party is specifically prohibited and will result in the immediate revocation of classroom access. Finally, you may not bypass, modify, defeat, or circumvent security features that protect the Content.

Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. In case of such termination, you must cease all use of the Content, and we may immediately revoke your access to the Virtual Classroom without the refund of any fees.”
